Mini Drag bike build

Here are the Tree's, e-bay 125cc Dirt Bike.

I had to put bushings in to reduce the hole size to 5/8".

Then shimmed in the fork stays and reduced them to 1"

Making the fork spacing 6-1/4" center to center.

I'd likely paint His bike while I'm there, hahaha

All the parts are ordered, just waiting on the mail & still need the tubing.

I have the steer tube and back bone. Just need the rest and engine plate.

I made these forks for Mr Price ( Jim ) as well as some wheelie bars. They are for his Cat400x Drag bike.

7/8" tubing and 3/16" plate, all stainless steel.

Tig welded by the Pro's and not me, I wish I were a better welder.

Wheelie bars are 5/8" tube with 1/2" cross bracing, again all stainless.

Special thumb screws for Quick Connect / Disconnect for Vehicle transport.

I was going to build my 1" forks this way as well. Then changed my thoughts to a Motorcycle tree.

I got the Tree shim idea from some 7/8" clamp on handle bars on e-bay.

These were shimmed to adapt to 1" fork legs as well.
