Finally put it back together after new paint, seat, carb rebuild, front wheel and tire, fork bushings, etc. Rode it while holding gps and it read a respectable 30 mph. Briggs 5 h.p. Having fun with it! Thanks for everybody's info and input. oldminibikes.com rocks!
