I have a Huskee Hill Climber made in Tiawan. I need new fork tube bushings.
The need to fit in a 21/32" head tube and have a 1/2" diameter hole for the bolt.
They are about an inch long and the flange is about one inch across.
Looking for the following parts - PN#165-030 and 165-031. I am told they are no longer available and OldMiniBikes is out of stock. If anyone has one or knows of some alternatives please let me know!

Always had 5/8" axles so bushings and spacers were never a problem. Going with Azusa wheel on my Roper project (stock front wheel too far gone) but has a 1/2 inch front axle and will need bushings. Suggestions, advice greatly appreciated.

Does anybody know where I can get steering neck bushings for a Taco22? I tried Some 5/8odby 1/2id and they wouldn't slide into the steering neck. The ones I have semm to be to big for the steering neck. Thanks

The book is really vague. It just says 5/8 x 1" bearings. It doesn't give the specific ID and OD.

the front end seems to have too much play in it for my likings.
if i tighten up the bolt it don't steer, but if let loose it has way too much slop.
the down tubes are not wallowed out, it is just a poor design...

I am having problems figuring out what is supposed to take out the loosness in the neck where the forks attatch to the frame. There is a grease fitting but you just can't tighten the bolt to prevent fork wobble, are there bearings or cups that prevent this like on a motorcycle? I will post...

I'm thinking about making a mold and reproducing the Sebac shock bushings. Talking to a molding shop, I don't think it can be done for less than $10-12 for a set of 4 pieces. Any interest?
