Well I've never seen this before but, The Thread end of my HS40 crank snapped off ! Clean, like ya cut it with a knife! Question is will a 3 or 3.5 Crank work as well OR is it a HS40 crank only thing? This is a lighted HS40 as well if that matters. Thanks

I have a 3.5 briggs 091202 / 0016 01 / 9503603 cover is not so great for clutch cover mounting... NO threaded holes? Can it be switched out with one that will work for mounting clutch cover? I'm a little green at this engine stuff. any info would be great Thanks

I have a 71 Tecumseh HS40. I broke the threaded end off of the crankshaft:hammer:....(my own dumb ass fault)....I gotta get a new one....Can anyone tell me the Tecumseh part #.

How do I find out what is the correct crank for my engine? I have a HS40 with lighting coil engine that has the short output shaft. I need the crank that had the longer output shaft as used on Foxes and Rupps. I'm tired of getting the wrong part, there must be a P/N for the correct one...

Got a honda gx200 block today and was thinking of putting predator hemi crank in it but need to know what billet rod i should use. Guy on fleabay sells the crank and flywheel as poor mans stroker for a gx200 but i had a hemi crank laying around and wanted to try this for myself. Has anyone else...

Hopefully this is a simple question. Im 90% finished rebuilding my 130000 series 5hp. I just realized my shaft 3/4" is about 1.25" long. I dont have enough to put a 2 sprocket clutch on it. Will a single sprocket work or do i need a longer crank shaft?

How do I change the oil seal on the side of the block where the crank sticks through? the bearing is good so id rather not mess with it, but the seal is bad. got a new one ready to go. the block is all tore down.
