Anyone out there have a good technique for putting on those cable clamps without scratching the paint? I was wrapping some clear tape on the frame first . Joe

Forks seem to be in good shape may be a bit loose in the lowers but most are the chrome on the springs is OK for a rider. Clamps are in good shape other than the chrome which is a bit rough. No bars. PM me for pics or I'll post em in a week per the rules should they last that long. Will take...

We do not have the originals. What are you using to secure the front fork shock boots to the fork tubes? Anything other/better than those stainless steel hose clamps? Michael **Edit: Another method that might work would be the stainless steel zip ties, if I could get them tight enough?

Somehow I managed to lose the clamps off my Anderson Pegs....I have the pegs I just need the clamp and bevel washers as circled. There are a lot of knock-off brands that use the same clamps....just looking to buy some used ones. Needs to be for 7/8" tubing. PM if you've got some kicking...

Thanks for dropping by! My old Stellar has a plate that clamps onto the forks between the upper and lower trees. It simply clamps on due to its curved edges that grip the forks. Mine has actually rubbed itself through on one side due to a broken weld between the fork and tree. Can someone help...
