Those rim rings cleaned up pretty dang nice. Nothing wrong with bucket thinking. I do that and then find myself either staring into space or coming up with a another dumb idea that might work

Thanks man..not going original.
This is a restomod..
Chipper, not so thanks..

To paint or not to paint, that is the question..it looks better in person, I promise. Pretty shiny. And needs steels wooled yet.
What ya cha thunk? Paint it or leave it.
That ugly muffler and carb are going away.
That flywheel is going away, I think..

Tom, leave it aluminum. Steel wool and about 2 hours (less if you use a Dremel and 320 grit pad) and you'll have it looking really shiny. Comet Karts has "old style" billet flywheels for $50. The rest of Quas-Animal came from Turk Bros. and e-bay. You're gonna need a new cam, the plastic one is iffy, at best. I have a Delray tank on the shelf if you need one.

Thanks for replys.
Shine it up it will be.
Yep, internals to be done yet.
Walbro knock off carb and intake.
Tank, yes I need a tank!!

And if I am not mistaken the rod from a stock Animal can handle high rpm's, right?
