It has dents and dings but no rust inside. Comes with the motor bracket and straps. Plus a new plastic gas cap. With a little bead blasting and bodywork and paint it will be a nice tank. Here is what it looks like on a motor and bike. I want $40.00 plus shipping. I'm in Ohio. Pm me. Thanks
